Phoenix Seagaia Ocean Tower

Loved that the third floor could be considered a ‘stand alone health club’ available to hotel guests. The onsen was amazing! The dinner buffet had a great selection of choices with my favorite meat in ponzu sauce and the shrimp tempura. Lots of parking available to guests. Huge Aeon Mall only a few minutes away.

We enjoyed very much our stay at the Resort. The weather was terrible that days in Miyazaki, but it was not an issue as there several amenities in the resort that we used.We had almost no time to use all of them in the two nights that we spent there. We specially enjoyed the swimming pool, fitness room, the onset and the karaoke.

Very confortable hotel resort - altough the building is not very appealing from the outside, it is quite huge and offers a lot of services & facilities including restaurants, Landry machines, stores, swimming pool, fitness room. Nice outdoor garden and pool. the breakast buffet was amazing. Room was really big enabling to feel confortable altough we had large suitcases. We tried the fukami restaurant wich is pricy but the beef is absolutely amazing. Very good shabu-shabu as well.

The rooms were beautiful and having an onsen on site was wonderful. Staff were very friendly.

Spacious, very comfortable rooms. In the corner room we had a rotating sofa, so we could enjoy view from different perspectives. Very helpful staff, special thanks to Mr. Tran Hoang for his excellent customer service
